This was our first attempt at a topsy turvy cake! It was fun, but difficult. It is a 5 tier cake with white cake with raspberry filling, lemon poppy seed cake with blueberry filling, and chocolate cake with Dove chocolate filling. This was for Brittney's graduation from college. Congrats Brittney!

Holy Hannah! I can't believe this was your first try at a topsy turvy. I tried one and it was so difficult and just looked like my cake was sinking. This is perfect! I love the bow and monogram as well.
