Happy Valentines Day

We had a dinner party for Valentines day. I thought I would go all out! It was fun... We started out the evening with a BEAUTIFUL table! First course was a roasted red pepper soup with a little extra LOVE of course... Followed by salad skewers with spinach, blueberries, strawberries, cucumbers, and fresh mozzarella with a strawberry balsamic dressing garnished with candied almonds. The main dish was curry chicken with coconut rice, broccoli spears garnished with sauted onions and peppers and mango chutney. The GRAND finally... Cream puffs garnished with creme angles and berry coulie hearts and a chocolate dipped strawberry! We had a great night! YUMM

A "Who-ville" Christmas

We helped a friend make this "Who-ville" cake! It was lots of fun. It is a chocolate cake with a dark chocolate mint filling! Complete with a GRINCH!!!

Perry Dinner Party

We catered a dinner party. The menu included: Brushetta with toasts, Shrimp served in a pumpkin with Apricot Pineapple dip, Twice baked new potatoes appetizers, Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus with garlic and Parmesan cheese, Honey Baked Ham with rolls, Pumpkin cake roll with candied pecans, and a chocolate fountain with strawberries, pineapple, bananas, angel food cake, marshmellows, and pretzles.

This is our pumpkin cake staring "Dorthelda" the witch. Complete with a moon, spider and wire fence! It is a pumpkin cake filled with pumpkin spice filling!

Aussie Cake!

This Cake was for a friends boss. He is moving to Australia. We shaped it like Australia, and covered it in the flag. It has some Aussie sayings around it on banners, and is topped with "Kenny" the koala bear! It is a banana cake with cream cheese frosting!
