I did not get many pictures of this wedding, but it was way cute. We started off the evening with a dinner for the wedding guests. Potato Corn chowder in a french bread bowl, garnished with bacon crumbles and scallions. Served along the side was a wedge of bruschetta jack cheese and a bunch of purple grapes! It was so yummy. Sorry I did not get a picture of that one. For the reception we served ice cream sundaes with chocolate and caramel, some caramel apple pie pops, chocolate cake pops and red velvet cake pops! There were some fruit tarts and mini cupcakes also. The couple wanted a candy bar, I thought that was way fun.

This cake is a 2 tier Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake! With Vanilla Mousse Filling! Yum! It is wrapped in chocolate. Yes I said Chocolate! White and Dark chocolate with chocolate curls for garnish!

Helen ordered this cake for her friend Frank at her Rocky Mountain RSD Fundraiser.
It is a 2 tier cake. Top cake is chocolate cake with raspberry filling. The bottom layer is white cake with dove chocolate mousse. Both cakes were covered in chocolate buttercream wrapped in chocolate!

All the decorating is done by hand with royal icing

Chocolate thumbprint cookies with ganache filling, cream puffs and key lime tarts!

The theme of the wedding was an Afternoon Tea
We served Monogrammed Strawberry Soup,
Turkey Cucumber Sandwich garnished with fresh dill,
and Salad on a Skewer with balsamic dressing!
